5312: Ignore Negative Skill

If a correlation is used to calculate the Goodness Index then by switching on Ignore Negative Skill the index will be calculated using only positive correlations. If this option is activated, it is recommended that the Skill Masking also be activated.

If skill is negative for all locations or indices, then this filter is ignored and the Goodness Index is calculated using all data.
