Program Settings

Once the X and the Y files have been opened successfully, CPT is ready to construct a model. However, it may be advisable to adjust some of the program settings first. Some of these options may be prompted as you open the files. Important settings to consider are:

• Setting the domain
• X and Y modes
• CCA modes
• Training data
• Replacing missing values
• Regression options
• Transforming the data
